It seems a bit strange to me that this "strict dress code" they claim to have at this school allows those fancy shoes, short dress, leopard skin print accents ..... and they complain about the cute hair style??

Marcella wouldn't have had this picture in the Yearbook anyway, since the picture day was rescheduled (THAT had to tick off a lot of parents!) So ..... anyone know where I can get shoes like that in my size?
